NAS Recruitment (Scotland) are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team in either Rutherglen or Livingston.

The successful applicant will ideally have a previous record of success in industrial or driver recruitment, or have worked in the transport or manufacturing sectors and have a positive, sales-oriented approach to business.


As a recruitment consultant, your role will involve:

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Attending meetings with business clients
A starting basic salary of around £28,000 is offered, plus the opportunity to earn performance-related bonus. Our team are currently, on a trial basis, working a 9-day fortnight. Out-of-hours on call attendance is required on a rota basis, for which extra payment is made.
