About the Role

As a Social Worker at ECC, you will be supporting adults with complex social needs, aiming to enhance their independence and well-being. Working within legal frameworks, you'll collaborate with a diverse team to share best practices and provide specialized advice. In South Essex, you'll have the opportunity to engage with health partners and contribute to a wide range of social care activities.

We have openings in Neighbourhood Teams, focusing on various duties under the Care Act 2014. These teams offer a supportive environment for professional growth and development.

About You

To apply, you should be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England. Your expertise in social work, knowledge of legislation, and ability to build strong relationships are key. Additionally, you should demonstrate commitment to professional development and sound decision-making skills.

This role requires travel within Essex. A valid driving license is essential.
