Taking Complex Projects from Development through Execution to Delivery and Handover, remit of these newly created roles will include;Manage all designated construction operations ensuring all works are carried out in a safe manner free of risk to all.

Project Manage all construction activities involving subcontractors, ensuring they are managed and coordinated to achieve the required level of productivity and quality.

Lead the management of construction teams and subcontractors to fulfill the technical requirements for the works carried out under contract.

Ensure that any industrial relation problems are managed and resolved within company procedure.

Ensure that all relevant information regarding site activities is fed to the site management team and subcontractors, including corrective actions to fulfill contractual requirements and achieve appropriate financial returns.

Coordinate and Manage resolution of technical queries and the development of construction engineering solutions, ensuring all Change Requests are diligently managed through the correct processes.

Act as an enabler to ensure the motivation, coaching, training and development of all team members.

We are eager to hear from candidates with a strong Construction/Infrastructure Project Management background, gained within major industries such as Infrastructure, Utilities, Power Generation or Defence.
