What you will do

  • You will regularly patrol the accommodation ensuring our guests are safe and secure and ensure all health and safety requirements are met.
  • You will be that friendly face at the true Hub providing a warm, friendly service to guests and taking a decisive and effective approach to handling any questions or concerns they may have.
  • You are the first response to incidents and emergencies that may arise through the night
  • You will handle any complaints or issues our guests have as they arise, to ensure a speedy resolve.
  • Communication is key, you will provide a detailed shift handover for the oncoming team
  • Team works important, you will assist with the cleaning of public areas and communal spaces to ensure they are immaculate and spaces are ready for the next day.
  • You will demonstrate consistent compliance to true operational excellence standards
