We are hiring for Fire Stoppers that have a CSCS card for a project based in Hull.

Duties of a Fire Stopper

You will be responsible for:
Small to large penetrations

Use of ablative batts

Reading site plans

Working in flats/housing/care homes/commercial premises to include working in confined spaces

Ensure all work is carried out to a standard that satisfies the customer, company, and accreditations (FIRAS)

Consistently achieve agreed performance targets

Keep the Passive Fire Protection Supervisor up to date on progress or potential delays

Maintain cleanliness of provided vehicle

Adhere to the company's quality procedures in all aspects of the job

Act in a safe manner in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and requirements

Skills and experience of a Fire Stopper

As a Fire Stopper, you need have experience with;
Element fire installation qualifications

Ability to follow technical drawings

Ability to use your initiative

Confidence to work at height

Knowledge of building and construction

As a Fire Stopper you will have;
Completed training course/apprenticeship

NVQ Level

Bm Trada or Firas
