Position Overview


A Senior Consultant is responsible for the configuration and troubleshooting of performance management solutions to meet the client's business and technical requirements.

In this role, the Senior Consultant acts as the primary technical contact with full ownership of the relationship between OpenSymmetry and our clients from a technical perspective.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our wide variety of clients in various industries across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities in this role also include supporting and troubleshooting solutions for customers in a live production environment. Additionally, you may also work within the software implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go-live. Sr.

Consultants will work as mentors to junior team members while carrying out the tasks to perform investigations, root cause analysis, and defect resolution for our array of clientele.

Job Objectives

The ideal candidate will be able to:
Demonstrate strong understanding of complex configuration and data integration using SAP HANAnDemonstrate ability to comfortably configure business requirements within the SAP Incentive Management / Callidus platformnIdentify specific information needed to clarify situations or make decisionsnAssumes responsibility for the design and delivery of the overall technical solution and engages the OS Solution Architect as needed for reviews/technical issue supportnDevelop design & requirements documentationnShare expertise with colleague / team membersnApproach a complex task or problem by breaking it down into its component parts and consider each part in detailnDemonstrate deep knowledge of practice specific concepts and best practices (such as SPM, incentive compensation, HCM, CPQ, etc.)nUnderstand when and how to switch to a different strategy when an initially selected one is unsuccessfulnMonitor progress and put effort in where is most needednAssist with creation of project work plan including sequencing of tasks and estimating work effort

Requirements

3+ years of client / stakeholder facing consulting experiencen3+ years of experience in a data integration role using SAP HANAn3+ years of Callidus / SAP Incentive Management system experiencenAdvanced skill-sets in Excel / Spreadsheet softwarenExpert level communication skills including writing, listening and speaking
