Global Digital Product Owner - FTC (12 months to cover for a period of maternity)


The Global Digital team at Costa Coffee has been on an amazing journey to create great digital customer experience and grow one on the largest loyalty programmes (Costa Coffee Club) in the UK.

We're investing more in digital and data, and truly have ambitious and exciting plans for growth.

In this role you own the prioritisation and delivery of exciting features and products supporting the expansion of capabilities on Costa's global mobile apps platform.

From small frequent changes to large complex projects you will work across an extensive breadth of work that will provide regular new challenges and great opportunities to grow and expand your skillset.

A bit about the role...

  • Own an iterative product roadmap focused on delivering incremental enhancements to the mobile app platform
  • Capture and refine requirements that can be broken down in to epics and user stories for development
  • Conduct detailed and regular analysis of product performance that informs backlog priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in multiple departments across the business

Along with an ability to work with diverse teams we would look for you to bring the following to this role:

  • Proven experience of digital product management across consumer digital platforms (mobile app preferred but not essential) or business analysis experience within a digital function looking to make the move across
  • Understanding Agile methodologies particularly Kanban and Scrum Frameworks
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem identification and solving skills
  • Ability to work in fastpaced, timecompressed and dynamic environment

Location:
London Digital Office a minimum of once a week, with the rest hybrid/flexible
