Role - Commercial/proposals admin support

The purpose of this role is to assist and provide bid support in tendering for new business. Supporting the day to day management and control of proposals within the Commercial Department.

Key Accountabilities
Produce Tender Submissions as directed by Head of Commercial

Edit larger proposals to ensure consistency of text, liaise with other departments and bidding teams as necessary

Collate information/ text used for proposals to ensure easy availability for future proposals.

Prepare weekly tendering summary, bid availability and project reviews and fee bidding reports

Prepare agenda, chair and take minutes at regular

Gate Meetings:
arrange, attend and chair ad-hoc Gate Meetings as necessary.

Assist in preparing reports for directors and work winners as necessary

Respond to internal and external requests for information

Provide administration support as necessary to commercial processes / systems.

Develop relationships with Client Procurement Teams

Qualifications /Experience Required / Person Attributes

Qualifications and Experience:
GCSE's in Maths and English - Essential
