We're on the lookout for
experienced Call Centre agents who love speaking with people over the telephone and providing financial solutions to their queries.

You don't have to have financial services experience but previous experience of supporting customers who are experiencing financial difficulty.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Strong communication skills, with a great attitude and desire to exceed our customers' expectations
  • Experience dealing with customers in financial difficulty or experience within the financial sector within a contact centre environment
  • You enjoy making a difference in people's lives and have the ability to handle sensitive situations and vulnerable customers
  • Experience dealing with complaints and resolving at first point of contact
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and handle challenging conversations

What you will be doing:

  • You'll be committed to living our values and delivering an
    outstanding service to our customers
  • You will provide a professional, efficient, courteous service answering queries and provide personalised and customer focused service by being transparent and delivering tailored solutions for each customer to reduce overall customer debt
  • You will be selfmotivated with a
    positive approach; you will be an
    active listener who can manage difficult situations when helping customers with financial difficulties
  • Making and receiving calls to/from Customers managing customer accounts and investigating the detail regarding customers debt
  • Work within a regulated environment where we will support you to ensure you follow the appropriate regulatory frameworks
