BDS are currently recruiting for an experienced cleaner/caretaker to work within a sheltered Retirement housing service based in Keswick


You will be responsible for the cleaning and presentation of all the communal areas, shared living room, entrance hall and landings.

Along with the cleaning there are basic maintenance checks of the property, checking the fire alarm is in full working order, checking in and around the building for any damage, broken locks etc, running the water in the staff room.

This is a temporary ongoing position working 4 hours a week, the day this is worked is flexible so can work around other commitments, they just ask that it takes place in a morning,
Rate of pay is £11.56 per hour
