Endoscopy Sister

Redbridge's finest private hospital boasting state of the art facilities is looking for a dedicated Endoscopy Sister to join its friendly and supportive team.

This modern hospital provides high-quality treatment across a range of elective surgical procedures and has recently undergone a 23 million cash injection.

You will support in assessing patients' health and wellbeing across a varied caseload meaning no two days will be the same.

As a part of this team, you will work closely with junior members of staff to ensure safe and effective person-centred care is provided by nurses and support staff to meet the needs of patients/clients and their carers.

On offer is a salary of up to £45,000, a sign on bonus, 25 days annual leave and bank holidays, private pension scheme and life assurance plus lots more.

• Work with the Theatre manager and Endoscopy Lead to promote new and different ways of working, which will enhance both the endoscopy and daystay services.
• Build and support the Endoscopy team to promote a safe and stable service.
• Support in the JAG accreditation process

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in endoscopy
• Knowledge of the JAG accreditation process
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of care
• Ability to guide and supervise junior staff
