We operate a comprehensive in-house service with departments ranging from Property Surveyance and Renovation through to Sales & Marketing. Featured five times on BBC's "Homes Under the Hammer," our growth and innovation continue to thrive.

The Role:

Assisting the maintenance manager daily

  • Attending properties to perform inspections
  • Attending properties with escalated maintenance issues
  • Supporting the maintenance team with regards to duties in field (key cutting, dealing with meters, topping up meters)
  • Ensuring all reports are updated onto the system as per process
  • Keeping key systems and files up to date
  • Following key procedures and protocols
  • Checklists and Work Allocation Lists are Planned and Completed for any properties under renovation
  • Ensuring property works lists are completed in accordance with company standards and smooth handover process
  • Taking Pre and Post videos of renovated properties and upload on Arthur
  • Pre-Renovation Planning and Property Inspections are done according to standards
  • Ensuring compliance and health and safety procedures are followed
  • Management and tracking of Building Operations Stock
  • Ensuring key targets, budgets and timescales are adhered to
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to
