Duties:

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register (we are a cashonly bar)
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required
  • Bar Cellar management changing barrels, stock rotation etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is required
  • Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and working alone during quiet periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
£11.40-£12.00 per hour
