What does the role involve?
As Graduate - Risk and Compliance, you will join our Group Risk and Compliance team.

During the two-year programme, you'll spend time in several key business areas, including, Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime so you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself as a professional, and potential leader.


In this role, you'll be an advocate for Group Risk and Compliance by gaining a good understanding of the risk framework, methodologies and supporting key practices.


Our office is based in Leeds but we're passionate about hybrid working,
attendance at the Leeds office is a minimum of 2 days per week.


Some of your key duties will include:

  • Triaging incidents and presenting findings
  • Ensuring governance on new/existing products, assessing against the risk appetite
  • Ensuring the annual renewal of Policy Standards
  • Identity opportunities to improve operational processes and procedures, and contribute to efficiencies within the department

What are we looking for?
You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree.
