We are an innovative Midlands HVAC company heavily involved in the pub sector, offering top-notch HVAC solutions. With over 20 years of experience, we have built robust relationships with clients throughout Midlands, Worcestershire, and Northampton.

Our team, currently comprising over 50 professionals, is expanding rapidly due to increased work demands and clientele.

We are seeking a proficient Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join us in maintaining our successful trajectory. In line with our growth strategy, we present competitive pay and a nurturing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Repairing and servicing various refrigeration & air conditioning systems, mostly in the pub and restaurant sectors
- Handling bottle coolers, ice machines, coldrooms, display fridges, vrvs, vrfs, splits, and AHUS
- Performing routine inspections and diagnostics to spot system problems and offer effective solutions
- Regularly checking for maintenance issues and identifying faults
- Offering expert advice and guidance to clients
- Adhering to health and safety protocols

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

FGAS
NVQ Level 2 refrigeration & air conditioning (Preferred)
PASMA/IPAF (Preferred)
Driver's LicenceBenefits

- Up to £40,000pa
- £1200 Bonus
- Door to door travel
- 40 working hours per week
- Overtime pay: Time and half on Mon-Sat & Double time on Sundays
- 21 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
- 4% pension contribution post-probation
- Death in service coverage
- Air-conditioned van (Transit/Traffic)
- Provided tools, phone, tablet/laptop
