ITS Construction Professionals South is currently looking for an experienced Land Manager to join the team of an award-winning house builder.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land for residential development to meet the company's goals.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with local authorities, agents, and developers
  • Assess development potential through various criteria
  • Maintain knowledge of technical and legal aspects of land acquisition
  • Collaborate with Planning and consultants for project success

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Land Manager in housebuilding
  • Successful track record in land acquisition
