Role and Responsibilities:
# Perform breakdown and service tasks related to gas appliances, plumbing systems, heating, and drainage in residential settings.
# Demonstrate proficiency in reactive maintenance, fault diagnostics, and domestic appliance servicing.
# Install gas appliances with precision and adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.
# Communicate effectively with both customers and office staff, serving as the face of our company.
# Uphold our commitment to excellence and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
# Proactively identify opportunities for upselling products and services to customers.

Requirements:
Fully qualified Gas Engineer with minimum ACS certifications: CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, CPA1, CKR1.
Strong background in fault diagnostics, domestic appliance servicing, and gas appliance installation.
Proficiency in plumbing work with a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing environments.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Possess a full driving license, subject to annual checks.
Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
