Description of the role:
- Help in posting job advertisements on different platforms.
- Review CVs and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Arrange interviews and communicate details to candidates.
- Support in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Keep employee records accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage employee paperwork and update HR databases.
- Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
- Assist in audits to align HR practices with legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
About you:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- CIPD qualification is a plus.
- Good grasp of basic HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes.
