The Home Admissions Advisor will manage thesales and marketing processes of the home ensuring the effectivedaily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department whilstmeeting and exceeding budget targets filling the home with theagreed client base and maximizing revenue.
Thisrole involves working within a team and very closely with theGeneral Manager. You will need to be decisive selfmotivatedproactive flexible and adaptable. Confident enthusiastic with adesire to excel in all areas. You will need to possess the abilityto prioritise your workload and be able to work under pressure. Theability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationshipsincluding influencing skills is essential.
