What Are We Looking For?


Our Learning & Development team is looking to recruit an Administrator to join us on a fixed term basis working from our Inverness office as maternity cover from July 2024.

This is a unique opportunity to work across RSE's group of companies providing solutions to the business as well as being at the forefront of implementing new systems.


Some of Your Key Duties Include:

  • To work in partnership with the L&D Manager and team to create and deliver new systems.
  • To ensure all filing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To organise and schedule meetings and appointments as required.
  • To assist the LMS Manager with the development of training systems and procedures.
  • To assist with training requests and schedules as required.
  • To minute internal and external meetings, collating and distributing the minutes appropriately.
  • Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder's appropriate skill set.
What Do You Need?

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have a very good level of knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Have very good administration knowledge and skills.
  • Be able to organise and prioritise the workload effectively.
  • Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.
  • Be a clear and concise communicator, maintaining a polite and professional manner.
  • Be selfmotivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Be able to work well within a team environment.
