Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Customer Escalations Advisor to join our client on a temporary assignment on a 12 month rolling contract.
Assignment type: 12 months rolling contract where you will be engaged via HaysWorking environment:
Hybrid working is an option after training based on a blended approach of "50% working time in the office"
Hours per week: 37.5
Pay:
Competitive Hourly Rate (Inside IR-35)
Key responsibility You will be working as a customer escalations advisor answering incoming calls regarding customer complaints. You will be monitoring and managing these complaints long with highlighting any trends that need further investigation.
As a Customer Escalations Advisor you will ensure complaints are handled in line with FCA timescales and have the ability to work multiple cases at once.
Qualifications:
Educated to GCSE C grade and above is essential, including Maths and English.
Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience in a telephone based customer service role
- Excellent telephone manner and proven oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise activities and work under pressure
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
