Duties:

  • Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft, ensuring proper handling and care
  • Sort and distribute baggage to designated areas
  • Operate baggage handling equipment, such as conveyor belts and tugs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of baggage handling areas
  • Assist passengers with inquiries regarding baggage and provide exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
