Billing & Credit Administrator - Fully Remote

Salary:
£30,000 per annum

Billing & Credit Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the Sales Ops Teams when orders are incomplete
  • Ensure that the region's cash collection target is met on a monthly basis by the efficient collection of outstanding invoices including the monitoring of the automated dunning process
  • Provide updated cash collection forecast information to the Billing & Credit Manager raising any significant potential issues
  • Maintain accuracy of customer records and create and maintain reports

Billing & Credit Administrator Essentials:

  • Must be bilingual in English and German
  • Experience working in a similar role with invoicing and billing responsibilities
  • A level or equivalent qualification
