As the Learning and Employability Partner you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating learning and employability activities across the charity, ensuring that learning provision is effectively delivered, and workforce needs are appropriately met.

As the lead for employability, you will also take full accountability for the design and delivery of the Community Education and Employability Strategy, developing educational initiatives and partnerships that create social value and advance the Learning Foundation's objectives

You will also:


Partner the charity's senior leadership teams, working with Learning Foundation colleagues to create value through workforce and employability initiatives that facilitate strategic delivery.

Design and deliver the Learning Foundation's Education and Employability Strategy that fosters value creation and workforce deliverables.


Work in partnership with Professional Learning colleagues to create an external offering that creates social and commercial value for the charity.

Work with Professional Leads and colleagues in the Learning Excellence Team to ensure that the relevant learning solutions are aligned with the relevant regulatory and professional standards

Represent the Learning Foundation at Industry-recognised conferences and events.

Play an active role in team development for the Learning Foundation, acting as a coach/mentor

To succeed as our Learning and Employability Partner, you'll be:
Educated to a Degree level (or equivalent) with a track record of designing and delivering learning and employability initiatives (or equivalent experience)

Intermediate L+D Qualified e.g., Level 4 AET/PGCert/L&D L5 (or working towards)

Experienced in business partnering and developing / managing strategic partnerships

Understanding of how to create learning programmes that are accessible and inclusive

Experienced working at a senior level - Resilience, and the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, complete tasks, and meet deadlines
