We have an exciting opportunity for a Behavioural Science Intern to join our R&D team for a six-week period during the summer break.
As Behavioural Science Intern, you will work as a key member of the digital team, and closely with Commercial and Clinical teams, identifying opportunities to support effective decision making by patients and clinicians using data.
Key duties:
Using modern behavioural science techniques to understand how health care professions react to data presented.nDesigning strategies to test these hypothetical responses with representative users.nProposing improvements on the way data and screens are presented to encourage engagement and comprehension of the insights available.nDeveloping and supporting tools used in testing, engineering, and servicing scenarios.nWriting documents and reports to provide insights and information to key stakeholders.nApplying appropriate controls on the access and use of data to adhere to GDPR and other patient data protection requirements.

Key skills
Degree in Behavioural Science or equivalentnKnowledge of behavioural science data approachnUnderstanding typical approaches to stakeholder needs elicitation (written & diagrammatic requirements, prioritisation and estimation methods, process mapping)nFamiliarity with Experience Design concepts and understanding of how insight products (reports, recommendations, algorithms) fit into real world systemsnExperience and interest in analysing human performance data e.g.
