Production of the monthly management reporting

  • Form a close working relationship with the Senior Executives and management
  • Provide support to the board and senior management team on finance and related strategy to optimise the company's financial performance and strategic position
  • Take overall control of the accounting function
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance on commercial activities, plans, targets and business drivers
  • Work with senior colleagues to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans
  • Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
  • Ensure that financial risks are fully understood within the senior management team
  • Ensure budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed
  • Cashflow and Treasury management
  • Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including customers and advisors
  • Work with colleagues to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction
  • Improve the level of financial awareness throughout the business by working closely with managers driving new business systems, internal controls and best practice
