We are a 26 bed family owned care home with elderly & dementia clients & we are looking for Senior Carers to work mainly day shifts from 8am to 8pm, but some night shifts might need to be covered during holiday periods.

Exact shifts to be discussed at interview.


Your duties would include assisting with personal care in the morning, serving meals and drinks and ensuring any residents that needed help eating were helped and updating care notes.

Applicants would need to have relevant health and social care qualifications.

NVQ 2 and above and must have current certification in Moving and Handling, Administration of medication, Infection Control, Safe Handling of Food,Health and Safety and Fire Awareness, Dementia Awareness, Mental Capacity Awareness with DOLS and Safeguarding.

2 years + experience preferable.

2 professional references will be required and a DBS will need to be completed. This will be paid for by the applicant.
