Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Kerb Layer to join our team in the construction industry. As a Kerb Layer, you will play a crucial role in laying kerbs and edgings on various construction projects.

Duties:

  • Lay kerbs and edgings to specified levels and alignments
  • Prepare and set out kerbs according to construction drawings
  • Cut and shape kerbs using appropriate tools
  • Ensure the correct mix of mortar or concrete for kerb laying
  • Manage materials efficiently to minimise waste
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Drive company vehicles to transport materials to and from work sites
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Skills:

  • Proficient in laying kerbs and edgings with precision
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
  • Skilful in driving company vehicles safely
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Pay:
£17.00-£19.00 per hour
