Audio Visual Engineer/AV Support/AV Technician is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract, to be based in London, UK (5 days on-site).

Candidates must have experience working as an AV Technician supporting meeting rooms, board room and auditorium.

Responsibilities & Skills:


Must have strong AV (Audio Visual) Support experienceMust have experience working as an AV Technician supporting meeting rooms, board room and auditorium.

Managing/planning events, service requests and planned changesProven track record of providing support to user estate all the way up to director level is essential.

Experience of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
Capable of taking ownership of complex cases and managing end to end resolution.
