About the role


The role of Partnerships Executive serves as a face and ambassador of the brand locally and for the Hästens stores in London.

They are responsible for managing and handling activities such as communications, events, network and community locally. The Client Relationship Executive has a network of contacts and entrepreneurial way of working. The goal is that all activities should lead to increased sales for the local stores.

This position will report to the Global Retail Lead

Responsibilities


The role of Client Relationship Executive serves as the face and ambassador of the brand locally for a Hästens store.

They are responsible for managing and handling activities such as communications, events, and content creation for clients, network and community locally.

The Partnerships Executive has a network of contacts and entrepreneurial way of working. The goal is that all activities should lead to increased sales for the local store.

  • The mission of this position is to increase sales revenue for the stores and the business by growing and maintaining a strong client base and relationships.
  • Form new partnerships with industry related sectors and associated bodies. Have a clear understanding of the local market and the trends and influences.
  • Build a strong client portfolio to increase the brand development on the market and use this to influence strategic decisions.
  • Build key contacts in the interior design world and property business.
  • Understand the infrastructure changes and coming projects on the local market
  • Feedback on PR opportunities for social, print and digital media
  • Be a brand ambassador at Hastens Events, for the purpose of seeking new and growing current partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting networks and business relationships
  • Scout for new ambassadors and opportunities to represent the Hastens brand
  • Actively seek new business development opportunities
  • Be an ambassador and partner with the store teams to grow their sales, support and drive their business development skills through training and new ways of working.
  • Be a role model and mentor in terms of driving traffic into the stores, via booked bed tests, appointments, and outreaches etc.
  • Partner with the store teams to convert sales and longlasting relationship strategies. Championing the importance of touch points after the sale and service visits, focusing on servicing future unknown needs of the clients.
  • Identify brand and sales growth opportunities locally
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Collect customer feedback on a regular basis
  • Assist customers, both by appointment and walkins and own all phases of the experience from initial contact through delivery
  • Participant in the daily operations of the stores
  • Represent the Hästens lifestyle brand through professionalism and passion

  • Must understand the mindset of a luxury clientele
  • Prior sales experience working with relationshipbased sales is preferred
  • Experience executing events across varying audiences, segments and channels
  • Education in event management, marketing, communications or business preferred
  • Experience of new business development
  • Well networked in the local community
