Factory Storeman

Due to Retirement we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Storeman to join our Team.

As a Storeman you will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including materials handling, shipping and receiving and stock management.

This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming deliveries and verifying their contents
• Unload and inspect materials for damages or defects
• Wrap and assemble product orders for shipment
• Load and unload Lorries using a Forklift
• Organise Warehouse space and maintain cleanliness and orderliness
• Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in a Warehouse or similar environment
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Proficient in materials handling techniques and equipment operation
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
• Valid Forklift Certification is essential
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Salary will be discussed at Interview Stage. We also offer a Company Pension.

Pay:
£11.44-£12.00 per hour
