As a Factory Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility.

Lead and supervise a team on site, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

  • Plan and organize shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet production demands.
  • Conduct regular quality walks to ensure products meet specified standards and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
  • Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime, and quality data.
  • People management/leadership experience


Our Oswestry site is a best in class cheese packaging facility that cover 8 acres of land and package 350 different types of products.

Supplying branded products like Castello, BOB and Arla Pro, along with private label to Waitrose, M&S, Asda & Aldi.
