Alongside the Associate Director the post holder will lead the All Age Continuing Care and Individual Patient Activity Service in the Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB to ensure that work streams and programmes are planned and carried out effectively.


The post holder will lead the provision of an efficient, effective, and high quality professional and well-co-ordinated All Age Continuing Care and Individual Patient Activity service capable of meeting all statutory, regulatory and NHS requirements ensuring alignment with the activity of the health and care system.

The post holder will manage the operational Heads of Service.

The post holder will lead in the coordination of training and development and recruitment activity across the Department.

The post holder will lead on optimising client and family experience throughout all aspects of the service


Alongside the Associate Director the post holder will have oversight and management of all aspects of the Department budgets and development and delivery of financial recovery plans.
