  • Answering the telephone in a professional manner
  • A friendly & professional approach when greeting patients into the dental practice
  • Face to face dealings with patients and visitors
  • An efficient & accurate appointment system
  • Collecting & recording payments an advantage
  • Knowledge of Dentally an advantage

Skills/ Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customerfocused industry
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Competent level of IT proficiency
  • Flexible can do attitude
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Must have healthcare experience
