ROLE
Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory levels, ordering new supplies as needed
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in computerized systems
  • Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is needed
  • Proficiency in data entry and using computerized systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
