The Role
The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial Real Estate Partner to join their office in the heart of Manchester.


The award-winning department has worked on some of the most significant real estate transactions in the North and regularly act for a number of national retail chains, leading house builders and major players in the property sector.


The department work for a whole host of different industry sectors which will make for a varied and interesting role.

These include manufacturing, retails, financial, hotel, leisure, healthcare and renewable energy.


You will cover a caseload that will include a wide spectrum of high value real estate matters involving landlord and tenant, land and property acquisition and disposal, property development, property finance, planning, sale and leasebacks and portfolio management.

You will work closely with other Partners more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
  • Outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
  • Experience of overseeing a team is desirable, however not essential
