Job Title: Foreman / Rig Operator / Mixing Plant Operator (gn)

Company: BAUER Group

  • Coordinate the assigned construction segment on a deep foundation project following plans, instructions, specifications, and quality standards, while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Monitor the performance of the assigned staff.
  • Assist in setting up drilling rigs and ancillary equipment.

Your tasks as Mixing Plant Operator:

  • Proper usage and safe operation of the mixing plant unit, its corresponding pump, and auxiliary tools.
  • Cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of the mixing plant unit, including monitoring the mixture procedure, ensuring slurry supply, and checking the quality of cement in the silos.

Requirements:

  • Training or apprenticeship in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Experience as a foreman and/or operator in the construction business, with a preference for experience in special foundation projects like Deep Soil Mixing or similar technologies.
  • Ability to communicate in English; Hungarian proficiency is a plus.
  • Must be motivated to work in shifts on a rotational basis.
