Responsibilities:

As a Hotel Maintenance Assistant, you'll help keep our hotel in top-notch condition, ensuring that our guests are amazed at every turn.


  • Maintenance Marvel: You'll be a superhero of repairs, responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's physical assets. From fixing leaky faucets to troubleshooting electrical systems, you'll work alongside our skilled maintenance team to ensure that our hotel is always in tiptop shape.
  • Guest Experience Enhancement: As part of our commitment to excellence, you'll proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless and extraordinary stay. Your dedication to creating a flawless environment will contribute to the unforgettable memories we create for our guests.
  • Preventive Prowess: By conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks, you'll help us anticipate and address potential issues before they become major problems. Your attention to detail will help us maintain a safe, functional, and beautiful hotel that exceeds our guests' expectations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You'll work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and front desk, to ensure that all maintenance requests are promptly addressed. Your friendly and clear communication style will help foster a collaborative work environment, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problemsolving.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a teamoriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7.
