We are excited to announce that HomeLet is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to take on the role of Media Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Sky services to eligible customers, utilizing outbound data and inbound calls for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Media Services directly to eligible customers
  • Meet and exceed individual targets as well as contribute to team and business unit goals
  • Maximize sales opportunities through proactive ownership of productivity
  • Collaborate with team members to positively influence department targets
  • Stay updated on the latest offers and savings for HomeLet customers
  • Identify areas for process improvements and provide recommendations
  • Efficiently handle and document customer complaints
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Adhere to quality guidelines and scripting in all interactions
  • Take responsibility for personal workload and performance

Education/ Qualifications:
GCSE in English Language and Maths (or equivalent)
Computer Literate

Experience and Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Experience working towards and achieving targets
  • Experience in regulated products and financial/insurance sector
