You will be working with our Crawley office, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess key competencies that meet our clients' specifications.
You will be enrolled onto our excellent 16-week training programme where you will learn both the foundation and advanced skills/knowledge needed to become a successful recruitment consultant.
Attending clients' meetings, acting as a Pertemps brand ambassador, and providing a consultative approach.Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of permanent vacancies.
Understanding candidates career aspirations and building relationships.
Carrying out competency-based virtual interviews.
To be a successful Recruitment Consultant you will have the following skills and experience:
