The Role

Reporting to the Head Chef, our Kitchen Team Members and Chefs play a pivotal part in the success of the business.

You'll work as part of the team in the day to day operational running of the kitchen, ensuring excellent food service to guests.

You'll be an ambassador of both the venue, and the wider business. You'll have a passion for great food and a strong hands on work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Team:

It takes a great team to deliver a memorable experience through exceptional food. As a part of this team you will;
Demonstrate a strong hands on work ethic and be part of a fantastic environment for the kitchen team to work in

Be a supportive and collaborative team member, helping all areas of the kitchen to work effectively to achieve a successful operation

Be supported in your performance by your Head Chef through regular one to ones and coaching, ensuring you understand your goals

Attend and contribute to kitchen and full team meetings

Working within our team, you will enable us to deliver excellent memorable food to each and every one of our guests.

You will;
Have an eye for detail and thrive in a fast paced environment

Be an expert in our menus, ensure every meal is prepare safely, cooked perfectly and delivered to brand spec and expectations

Support in maintaining a spotless kitchen in line with Health & Safety as well as Food &
Hygiene Standards

Ensure any queries or complaints are solved swiftly with guests feeling fully satisfied

Business
Confident of working with fresh food

Able to multi task and ready to adapt when priorities change

A brand ambassador for the business at all time

Follow guidance from the Head Chef around Stock management

Proactive is spotting and highlighting issues and areas for improvement

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 12-20 per week

Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
