As our bar/front of house staff, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Have some experience in bar and waiting work
  • Be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Be willing to learn about our menu and Indian cuisine so you can comfortably guide customers to tailor the experience for their visit
  • You must always have a positive cando attitude to your work and colleagues, with superior problemsolving qualities and the ability to work using your initiative to create brilliant results
  • Prepare alcohol or nonalcohol beverages for customers
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
