Your role:

  • Pictet Group's Corporate Communications division is looking for a Brand Marketing Officer based in London, to execute the Group social media strategy and to support our Brand activations. We will expect our Brand Marketing Officer to
  • Support the Brand Marketing team's activations including the Prix Pictet, production of the Found in Conversation podcast, artistic and cultural sponsorships, visual identity rollouts and adhoc special projects.
  • Help to build and implement the Group Social Media Strategy (LinkedIn & Instagram), aligned to the wider business and brand objectives.
  • Nurture and engage with our communities to drive brand advocacy and fuel longterm follower growth.
  • Support our key messages by executing paid social media campaigns that drive awareness and engagement, building affinity with our audience. Set the campaign KPIs, define the audience targeting and report on performance metrics.
  • Create unique, engaging and shareable visual and written content for Pictet's Group social media channels, planning posts and campaigns both proactively and reactively.
  • Liaise with Business Lines (Asset Management, Wealth Management, Alternative Advisors and Asset Services) and Functions (Internal Comms, Graduate Talent/HR, Media Comms) to align on content promotion.
  • Collaborate with Pictet Alternative Advisors, Asset Services and Talent teams to define and execute dedicated social media strategies to support their objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners where necessary including agencies, producers, talent, and experts.
  • Engage photographers, film DOPs and producers on social content creation, and write the campaign brief including key messages, timelines and deadlines.
  • Required skills and experience:
  • An active interest in social trends, technological trends, global megatrends and macroeconomics.
  • Excellent written English. Strong editorial skills and an ability to create engaging social media narratives.
  • High media competence including Photoshop and graphic design skills. Video editing experience would be preferred, but not necessary.
  • Previous work experience in social media, digital and social media campaigning, and/or media analytics.
  • Ability to clean, process, organise and interpret data sets.
  • High levels of organisation, communication, forwardthinking and planning.
  • Ability to think critically and laterally to challenge strategies, processes, information, and data, and to devise smart new solutions to optimise our outputs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail striving towards excellence in delivery and presentation.
  • An entrepreneurial, innovation
- and ideas-led mindset.

Your profile:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience working in a corporate environment.
  • You are creative and innovative, having proven experience creating digital content.
  • You have an interest in finance, and the megatrends shaping the world today and tomorrow.
  • You possess excellent written communication skills, with a command of correct grammar and syntax.
  • You are highly organised, and good at multitasking.
  • You take an active interest in social media trends and tools.
  • An interest in European languages also preferable.
