TLC Courts Ltd are a niche business specialising in Spray Painting, Cleaning and Maintaining tennis courts to high standards with established procedures that have been developed over many years.


Operating from our Worthing base we undertake work at Private Households, Tennis Clubs, Parks & Schools throughout the South-East counties.

We are looking for a specialist Maintenance Operative to join our team. There is daily travel from our Worthing base to various sites throughout the South-East counties.

A full UK driving licence is required for this position. You must be a good, experienced and competent driver. Prior experience of driving a van is preferred.

Work is outdoors & seasonal and the daily task varies depending upon the weather conditions and priorities

The role involves:

  • Daily travel to different sites.
  • Pressure washing tennis court surfaces.
  • Moss killing.
  • Labouring tasks to assist the paint sprayer.
  • Physical lifting and manoeuvring of the equipment, materials, tools & machines into and out of a van on site.
  • Loading/unloading van tasks.
Full training will be given on all aspects of the role. Prior experience of working outdoors in a landscaping, service or construction environment is preferred.


Hours vary for the role depending on the daily location of each job but are generally between 6am to 5pm.

Days are Monday - Friday and overtime may be offered at weekends. Some overnight stays may be required due to site locations further away.

This role would suit a person willing to learn and promote professional sports surface maintenance services for a range of clients that include tennis clubs, school's, private residences and industry specific contractors.

Due to nature of some sites a DBS check will need to be undertaken.
