You will be assigned a Mentor who can confide you throughout your training and support you through your apprenticeship programme to enable you to acheive your Early Years Educator Qualification.
As an Apprentice you will:
- Work effectivlely as part of the team
- Be approachable and welcoming to staff, parents and children
- Have good communication skills
- Engage in Children's play indoors and outdoors
- Plan and deliver activities for children with supervision from your mentor or qualified staff
- Help children feel safe, secure and happy
- Ensure you meet deadlines for learning plans, work tasks or assignments set
- Complete coursework and learn from your working environment
- Maintain good hygiene at all times
- Ensure rooms are clean and tidy at the end of each dayOur benefits include
