Working Hours: 8.00am - 3pm, Monday to FridaynLocation: Multiple summer camps in North-west and west LondonnPay: £15.15-£17.15 per hour
Requirements
Lead Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the summer camp, ensuring activities run smoothly and according to schedulenCoordinate with staff to develop engaging and age-appropriate activities and programsnProvide guidance and support to camp counsellors, ensuring they deliver high-quality care and programmingnManage camper registration and attendance recordsnEnsure the safety and well-being of all campers and staffnCommunicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding camp updates and any concernsnServe as a positive role model for campers and staff, fostering a supportive and inclusive environmentnHandle any issues or emergencies that may arise during camp hours with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status is preferrednPrevious experience in a leadership role within a camp or educational settingnStrong organisational and communication skillsnAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse teamnEnthusiasm for working with children and creating fun, engaging activitiesnFirst Aid/CPR certification is a plusnBackground in youth development, education, or related field is beneficial
