Location: Fully remote - EMEA
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits
The Role:
- Handling global casework for assigned countries across EMEA, including case initiation, assessment, advice provision, preparation, submission, progress monitoring, and follow-up.
- Managing complex cases and VIP clients, ensuring client needs are met and providing proactive advice.
- Staying updated on industry events and relevant circumstances for clients.
- Building strong client relationships and focusing on business needs through regular communication and service review meetings.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous expertise in corporate immigration.
- Confident in communicating with clients of all levels.
- Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and drafting skills.
- Capable of independent research and action with professionalism and discretion.
- Skilled in maintaining client relationships, meeting service standards, and developing collaborations.
- Team player with financial control and time management abilities.
- Proficient in IT usage, budget delivery, and achieving objectives consciously.
- Committed to change, risk management, and operational procedures.
- Upholding firm values and integrity, using flexibility and tact when needed.
