We are looking for Experienced Front of House/Waiting Staff to work in our busy independent Italian restaurant in Roath, Cardiff.

Experience is essential for this role.

We are looking for someone how has the time and capability to carry out supervisory responsibilities within this role, therefore offering higher pay.

Supervisory roles include stock orders, online booking system management, cash candling and end of day calculations, rota writing.

Essential requirements for this role:_

  • Experience of working in a restaurant environment
  • Barista knowledge
  • Ensure the smooth running of food and drinks service
  • An eye for detail and good understanding of restaurant layout, clearing tables of glassware and crockery
  • Motivated to clean throughout without instruction
