The role:


Exciting opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate 5 years PQE to join a Tier 1 practice based just outside of Stourbridge.


You will work across a broad range of transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, funding arrangements, general company law and corporate governance issues.


The team is looking for someone who is passionate about business development as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry.

Therefore, you must have advanced communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair.


With a strategic growth plan in place, there are clear and accessible progression pathways to partnership for those that want it.
