Your RoleAs a Regional Manager inLondon, Kent, Surrey & Sussex,you will be the driving force behind the CAS-2 service in the region.

Proven track record in strategic and operational management, particularly in supported accommodation services

Skilled in leading teams through periods of change while maintaining good governance and risk management
Stakeholder Savvy:
Adept at understanding and integrating stakeholder and resident feedback into service delivery and improvement plans
Collaborative Mindset:
Ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external partners to achieve common goals.
Excellent Line Manager Skills– Experience of leading and managing a disbursed team is essential.

This role requires regular travel across the London, Kent, Surrey & Sussex region along with some national travel each month, therefore a Full Driving License and access to vehicle are essential criteria.
